I use a lot of transcripts in my business because it's all about audio and video. Whenever I do a teleclass or record a podcast, I always get it transcribed because it increases the value of what I am producing.

Over the past couple of years I've used the cheapest transcription agencies I could find, those that charge a few cents per audio minute, which means that the most I've ever paid to do transcripts is $40 an audio hour.
