About Susie

I’d always had an eye for design, so I began doing small design projects, eBooks and print materials here and there. Poking around on the Internet got me into transcription. I loved the work, and most especially I loved the people I was working with. I had truly found my calling – transcription to calm my ADD and give me an outlet for that anal retentive thing I’ve always had going on with words, and design to nurture my creative side.

Fast forward to 2008 and I’m proud to say that my hard work has paid off. I’m fortunate to work with some of the best and brightest coaches and marketers around. My staff handles most of the transcription and quality control now, while I focus on my true passions – designing books and ebooks and chatting it up with my favorite clients.

After 18 years in jobs ranging from administrative assistant to hotel general manager, I’ve truly found my calling. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face. It’s not only about owning a company or setting my own hours. It’s also about the relationships I’ve built and the new ones I’m building every day. I’m very proud to own a company that allows me to meet such amazing people, and that they put their faith in me to get them what they need on time, every time.
