The Admin Source is now offering full-service enhanced transcript/ebook creation in 4 easy steps. Here's how it works:
- You send us your audio.
- We transcribe and edit the content, then send it off to you for a quick review.
- Along with the transcript, you'll receive two cover/layout mockups to choose from.
- We turn it into an enhanced transcript or ebook and it's ready to go. The whole process takes a maximum of two weeks.
What's included?
Transcription, editing, layout and cover design (including a small eCover for promotional purposes).
What does it cost?
For an enhanced transcript:
- $127 for each additional audio hour
For an ebook:
- $147 each additional audio hour
What's the difference?

Enhanced transcripts are created in Microsoft Word and receive our normal level of editing. They include a text header and footer with your logo or an alternate graphic on every page. They also include callouts on every other page.
- Note: Enhanced transcripts are intended for digital delivery only and are not suitable for physical products.

Ebooks are created in Adobe InDesign, which produces a more upscale product. They get a higher level of editing, including the addition of headings/subheadings and a table of contents, as well as callouts on every other page.
- Note: Ebooks can be created in print-ready format (just let us know up front!) for a small upcharge. However, this service only includes a front cover. If you need binder/spine graphics, give us a call to discuss your options.
